eight.

That is the number representing the amount of cavities Nora now sports in her tiny mouth! My jaw dropped when the pediatric dentist announced this today. "Don't beat yourself up, Michelle," she says.

Monday, poor little missy will endure one of three treatments (expensive treatments) to fix them. One tooth is so bad that it is requiring a crown. A crown on a baby tooth? What? She has never complained of a tooth ache, etc. The dentist blames it on Pediasure. And Pediasure is ALL that Elliot consumes currently. Still no solids.

Elliot, on the other hand, has perfect teeth. Again, what? His teeth are supposed to be messed up, right? Nope. The dentist was in awe. Against all odds, dear Wee E!

So, Nora will sit in a dental chair Monday afternoon while Elliot is sitting (or probably lying) in a hospital bed, recovering from his spinal surgery.

Hmmm? What’s next? I can only pray that Isaac's next thyroid panel produces good results.

Pretty tulips!!

You and your kiddos need a break - sheesh! I add Nora to my prayers, in addition to dear Elliot and his upcoming surgery. I hope that this week and the recovery time go by smoothly for you.

Also thinking good thoughts for the thyroid screening.

Hang in there Michelle!! Hugs!

oh man, sorry to hear about the cavities!!! I hope she is not in too much pain. I've never heard of putting a crown on a baby tooth! Crazy!! We'll be praying for Elliot's spinal surgery. Kennedy will be joining him shortly. The whole thing freaks me out. Hang in there!

How did you get E to open his mouth? I have been thinking about taking Vince, but I am pretty sure he won't open his mouth.

And of course we are thinking about E for his upcomings urgery!

Sorry I haven't responded to your email.....I totally plan to tonight after Rhett's in bed. I have so much news for you.

I am sorry about the cavaties. Hunter's whole mouth is full of caps. He got my crappy enamel too. Rhett's aren't all that great right now either. The reflux is wreaking havoc on them. Blech.

Hang in there friend, we love you.
